It’s July 1st, so there is a month to go before we tell Ven Rakshi that we will be renting the home as Maggasekha Vihara or not. Week by week the rental dana levels are steadily increasing. Anumodana and much gratitude for the generosity of the small Maggasekha community.
Just a note for clarification. The goal in the graphics is $2300, although the monthly rental would be $2000, with utilities reaching 200-500 depending on time of year and use. The meter has jumped 6% in the past week.
As always please be mindful to only give within your means, so that you can sustain monthly dana through the ups and downs of the economy. For those already donating so much, being an advocate and spreading the word towards any direction there may be people wanting to support a growing Buddhist organization would also be a great help. Keeping an eye out for all opportunities is important.
