Now that Bhante Jayasara lives in Colorado, the next step is enough support for a larger rental, a true Maggasekha Vihara, with multiple rooms to allow monastic aspirants to live with Bhante. More monthly rental pledges are needed to reach this goal sometime in the future as the vision of Maggasekha grows.

Donorbox+stripe was chosen for this purpose as it takes the least amount of cut for the service, and is used by many 501c3 orgs. Using donorbox helps Maggasekha with accounting in terms of what funds are specifically for rent. You do not need to use donorbox, but if you send a check or other donation please note that it is for rental so that the dana can be properly allocated.

You are able to select a monthly or yearly donation schedule. Donorbox also gives you the option based on the donation level you selected to cover the processing fees from Donorbox and Stripe, which comes out to about 5% in total.
