As a reminder, the goal is to look for a studio apartment costing around $1,000 monthly, however there needs to be some flexibility to go up to $1,200, there are also always extra monthly costs to consider, so the goal of $1500 in monthly pledges seems about right, but we should be able to do it even if we get roughly close. We are currently at about more then halfway to 1k in monthly pledges :
Im currently in the process of narrowing down apartment complex’s in Denver that are close to public transport, libraries, parks and other places I may be able to host events and move around without needing a busy lay person to always drive me. The next step is to overcome some hurdles, like many if not most complex’s requiring a proof of income 2-3x the rent, or that another person who makes 5x the rent monthly agrees to co-sign to waive the requirement.
We still have about 10 months until the proposed attempt to live in Colorado and start Maggasekha as an official 501c3 Religious Organization. Only time will tell if there will be enough support by that time, or if we will need to extend the plan until the goals are met, whenever that may be.

I have high hopes for the creation of Maggasekha next year and the beginning of a community and an organization that will be of great benefit for many people in the future.
